Trading in these newly reconstituted indexes will begin when the equity markets open on June 27, 2016. Annual reconstitution of the Russell US Indexes captures the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks as of the end of May 2016, ranking them by total market capitalization. Membership in the U.S. all-cap Russell 3000Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion for the Company in the small cap Russell 2000Index. FTSE Russell determines membership in its Russell Indexes by objective market-capitalization rankings and investment style attributes.
