Folk sniffer chokolade: De skyder den lige op i hjernen

Okay, det er ikke en ny opfindelse, men den er stadig… speciel: Et sniffer-kit til at sniffe chokolade med.
Det blev opfundet i 2008 af en hjemmeføding i mælkechokoladens land: Belgien.
Dominique Persoone opfandt udstyret, så chokolade-oplevelsen bliver endnu mere intenst, når han fx serverer dessert til sine gæster.
Nogle studier viser, at en stor del af vores smagsoplevelse hænger sammen med lugtesansen – altså næsen. Derfor skal kakaopulveret nu den vej ind i svælget, mener han.

Den lille sorte plastikkatapult, som udstyret ligner, hitter lige nu verden over, hvor chokoladepushere sælger fint kakaostøv til oplevelsen.
Udbydere sælger sættet for det, der svarer til 580 danske kroner eller 11 kroner per snif for en engangsoplevelse.
